Position Summary:
As the company videographer, you will play a vital role in capturing, editing, and producing both short and long form video content that highlights our custom homes, the building process, and our brand story. You will work closely with our internal and external marketing team to create videos for social media, our website, and promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand image and effectively connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that promote our custom home building projects, our home-building roadmap, client testimonials, and company culture.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
- Film on-site at our construction projects and completed homes, capturing both the process and finished work.
- Create short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and long-form videos for our website and presentations.
- Maintain and organize video files, ensuring efficient workflow and storage.
- Edit and enhance video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in video marketing, social media, and the home-building industry to inform content strategy.
- Assist with photography or other media needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and video content optimization.
- Experience or interest in architecture, construction, or real estate is a plus.

Compensation: $1,500.00 per month

As a native Houstonian, David’s interest in building came at a very young age as he watched houses being built from his bedroom window.
